Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Support 1.75 mm 1 kg

The Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF Support is a break-away support filament designed specifically for printing with carbon fiber-reinforced Polyamide. This support material is perfectly compatible with the Raise3D IndustrialPA12 CF and PA12 CF+ filaments, as well as other PA-based thermoplastics. Depending on the model’s geometry, it can also be used with other CF-reinforced polymers.

The Industrial PA12 CF Support filament ensures good adhesion and stable support for complex models with overhanging elements, bridges, and cavities. The printed parts feature excellent dimensional stability and are not prone to warping. After printing, support structures can be easily broken away without the need for additional post-processing. 

For better printing results, the PA12 CF Support material should be dried in the oven at 80 °C for 6–8 hours before printing. To avoid nozzle wear, the manufacturer recommends using hardened steel, tungsten steel, or ruby nozzles when printing with the filament. It is important that the material is stored and used under dry conditions with relative humidity below 20%.

Recommended printing parameters:

• Nozzle temperature: 280–290 °C
• Bed temperature: 60–80 °C
• Layer height: 0.1–0.25 mm
• Printing speed: 30–120 mm/s
• Cooling fan: 30–50%
• Drying temperature: 80 °C for 6–8 hours
