Intamsys PC-ABS 1.75 mm 1 kg Black

The Intamsys PC-ABS is a blend of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) thermoplastics, designed by the Intamsys company specifically for FDM printing. The material combines the best properties of both components, namely the toughness and heat resistance of PC and high flexural strength and processability of ABS.

PC-ABS printed parts have high impact strength within a wide temperature range, decent dimensional accuracy, great rigidity, and high heat resistance. The Intamsys PC-ABS thermoplastic provides smooth printing experience; the models boast a nice surface finish and can be easily painted or covered with various platings. The material is used in different industries for functional prototyping, tooling, and end-use parts fabrication. In automotive industry, PC-ABS is the material for interior elements production. It is also highly demanded in consumer electronics manufacturing.

The recommended extruder temperature for printing the Intamsys PC-ABS filament is 250–270 °C. The printer should be equipped with a heated print bed and an enclosed build chamber.

The Intamsys PC-ABS 1.75 mm engineering-grade filament is sold in 1 kg spools. It comes vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
