Intamsys PC-FR 1.75 mm 1 kg Black

The Intamsys PC-FR is an engineering-grade polycarbonate based material designed to achieve high flame retardancy properties. It is rated V0 according to the UL94 plastics flammability standard. The material offers a perfect balance between decent mechanical properties and safety. This allows using it in a broad range of industries including automotive, railway, aerospace, and others, where high flame resistance is of utmost importance.

The Intamsys flame retardant polycarbonate features excellent toughness, heat resistance, and strength being suitable for highly demanding engineering applications. Thanks to its low warpage, the parts printed with PC-FR are dimensionally stable and accurate.

The recommended extruder temperature for printing the Intamsys PC-FR filament is 250–270 °C. The printer should be equipped with a heated print bed and an enclosed heated build chamber. 

The Intamsys PC-FR 1.75 mm engineering-grade filament is sold in 1 kg spools. It comes vacuum-sealed with desiccant.
