Print quality

The JGAurora A6 is a professional closed 3D printer that can print layers at 50 microns. This way you can produce parts with smooth exterior surfaces. The sturdy structure increases the overall printing precision of the device.

It comes stock with a 0.4-mm nozzle that can heat up to 250°C. The patented nozzle heats evenly and prints smoothly. It gives you the best balance between print speed and detail. 

The JGAurora A6 is built up with industrial-grade components. It adopts high-precision bearing and ball screws. 

Materials

The JGAurora A6 prints with PLA, ABS, TPU, PETG, and other filaments.

It features a Direct Drive short feeding system and a fan-cooling mechanism for printing with PLA-type materials. By cooling the model down, it reduces warping, stringing and, generally, makes for higher quality prints.

The A6 comes with both a heated bed and a closed chamber. The FA special-made platform is extremely flat. It heats up to 110°C. It provides excellent print adhesion while facilitating print removal. The enclosed design keeps the printing temperature constant, resulting in greater accuracy and precision.

The JGAurora A6 prints with 1.75 mm filament, providing you with a wide choice of materials.

Build volume

The build area of 300 x 200 x 200 mm (11.8 x 7.9 x 7.9 in) lets you print just about anything in one go, without splitting the models into parts.

Printer controls

Engineered with SD port and full-color touchscreen with one-button control,  the JGAurora A6 supports standalone printing. The 4.3-inch touch display gives you quick access to the main printing settings.

The A6 includes two LED lights, one inside the chamber and one beside the nozzle, to monitor the printing progress.

The printer software runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS. It works with STL, OBJ, and G-Code 3D file formats. The bundled JGCreat Cura-based slicer lets you generate your print-ready files with ease.
