The Creality CR-5 Pro High-temp Version is a fully enclosed desktop FDM 3D printer that offers a pretty large build volume of 300 x 225 x 380 mm. It comes already assembled and works as a plug-n-play device. Being a completely enclosed version of theCR-5, the printer features industrial accuracy and reliability that go hand in hand with affordability, letting you produce strong millimeter-precise outputs with ease. Print Quality

The Creality CR-5 Pro High-temp Version is an FFF/FDM 3D printer that can print layers at 100 microns. The surface finish is not as smooth as you get with the more expensive printers but is more than enough for prototyping and household use. 

The printer is equipped with a 0.4 mm nozzle, giving you the best balance between speed and detail. 

The print head runs on rods with linear bearings, which makes printing consistent, fast, and precise. 

Materials

The Creality CR-5 Pro High-temp Version can print with PLA, TPU, ABS, and other high-temperature 1.75 mm filaments. 

The printer’s extruder is equipped with a fan that cools the model during printing, reducing warping, stringing, and other common 3D printing problems.

Unlike many FDM printers, the Creality CR-5 Pro High-temp Version has a Carborundum glass-coated heated print bed and a fully enclosed print chamber, which means it can reliably print with ABS and other high-temperature plastics.

Build Volume

The printer offers a decent build volume of 300 x 225 x 380 mm (12 x 9 x 15 inches) that lets you print a single large model or simultaneously print several smaller ones in one go.

Printer Controls

The Creality CR-5 Pro High-temp Version can be controlled via PC, remote cloud-based application, or a built-in 4.3-inch touchscreen with a neatly-looking UI and understandable logic behind menu options. It features USB, and SD card connectivity, making for an effortless standalone operation. 

The printer can be used with a number of different software solutions like Cura, Simplify3d, Creality, and Repetier-Host slicers. It works with .STL, .OBJ, and .AMF file formats.

Look and Feel

The Creality CR-5 Pro High-temp version is available in a stylish white. Its neatly-looking appearance makes it ideal for a number of professional and personal applications. 

The spool is mounted on the rear side of the machine. The printer dimensions are  530 x 487 x 612 mm (21 x 19 x 24 inches) and it weighs 32.5 kg (72 lbs).
