INTAMSYS SP5040 is a high-temperature support filament designed for use with ULTEM 9085. It is used for printing models with complex geometries, featuring cavities and overhanging elements as well as for assembled parts.

SP5040 remains rigid while printing, withstanding extremely high temperatures and ensuring stable support for the model. It shows perfect adhesion to ULTEM 9085 parts. When printing is over, support structures can be easily removed manually without damaging the surface of the model. The Intamsys SP5040 is the ideal support material to use with ULTEM 9085 as it allows reducing post-processing time and adds to the quality and dimensional stability of the printed model.
