CreatBot Ultra PA-CF 1.75 mm 1 kg

The CreatBot Ultra PA-CF is a high-temperature Nylon thermoplastic reinforced with 15% carbon fiber. This engineering-grade filament features excellent abrasion and fatigue resistance. With the addition of carbon fiber, the CreatBot Ultra PA-CF shows high mechanical strength, stiffness, and heat resistance as well as good interlayer adhesion and low moisture absorption. Printed parts show dimensional stability and are less prone to warpage during printing.

High rigidity and impact resistance make the filament suitable for high-performance industrial applications in automotive, machinery, aerospace, consumer electronics, and other industries. Models printed with the CreatBot Ultra PA-CF can be used in harsh environments and in many cases are capable of replacing metal parts with even better performance. The recommended printing parameters for the CreatBot Ultra PA-CF filament are as follows:

• Nozzle temperature: 280–320 °C
• Bed temperature: 70–80 °C
• Chamber temperature: 50 °C / off
• Nozzle type: hardened steel nozzle
• Print speed: 30–60 mm/s
• Cooling fan: off / low
