The TPM3D S360 is an industrial SLS additive manufacturing system from the company’s flagship S series. The solution is CE compliant and consists of the following components: a main build unit, a control unit, an open breakout unit, powder mixer, lift trolley, and a safety rated powder scale. This complete system englobes the whole printing process and is aimed at reliable, simple, cost-effective, and environmentally-friendly production.

The 3D printer features a fairly large build chamber capable of maintaining the heat of up to 160 ℃. In combination with the 230 ℃ powder bed, the device can successfully work not only with standard but also engineering powders (if you are looking for a wider range, take a look at the S320HT or S150HT versions with better thermal rates). Thanks to the high scanning speed of 15000 mm/s, the build speed can reach up to 10–25 mm/h, leading to impressive productivity. The flexible multi-purpose software with a set of user-friendly algorithms allows for streamlined operation. To make it even smoother, you can apply the innovative Part & Powder Processing Station serving as an automated dust collector during the cleaning procedures.

Print quality

The TPM3D S360 can sinter layers with a minimum thickness of 60 microns that can be further adjusted to the user’s needs. The printer is equipped with a 60W CO2 laser and a three-axis galvo system with dynamic focusing to ensure high accuracy and detail of printed items.

Moreover, the AM machine comes with a heated build chamber and powder bed. Thanks to advanced thermal control, the device reduces the risk of deformation and allows you to smoothly work with high-temperature-demanding materials.

Materials

Due to the open system inherent to all the company’s devices, the TPM3D S360 3D printer works with a remarkable selection of powders with different properties that suit various applications. The machine is compatible with PA11, PA12, PA12 GF, and TPU of black, white, and other customized colors.

Build volume

The TPM3D S360 machine is engineered with a build chamber of 14.1 x 14.1 x 23.6 inches (360 x 360 x 600 mm). It lets you print fairly large items as a whole, without splitting them into several parts, or smaller objects in batches. This leads to significant improvements in terms of production speed and material usage.

Printer controls

The TPM3D S360 can be operated via a separate control unit with a clear and user-friendly interface.

The AM machine is supplied with the Voxeldance Additive software encompassing pre-processing, post-processing, and comprehensive system control functions. The program offers simple operation procedures and a number of handy features, such as 3D data processing and repairing, automatic and manual parts allocation, and convenient slicing, making for a fast, simple, and efficient printing. The integrated software supports the STL file format and runs on Windows 10.0 (64 bit).

Look and feel
