E-Plus 3D EP-A650 Resin 3D Printer

The EP-A650 is an industrial 3D printer based on the SLA technology. The model features a large build volume and is capable of producing high-quality resin parts for different industries. Print quality

The EP-A650 can print layers at a minimum height of 50 microns. The VarioBeam technology makes for high positioning accuracy, ensuring dimensionally accurate models with excellent surface quality.

Materials

The EP-A650 is compatible with 355 nm photosensitive resins. As an open material system, it can print with any compatible materials regardless of the manufacturer. E-Plus 3D offers a portfolio of proprietary resins with different properties alongside optimal material settings that can be fine-tuned by the user if needed.

Build volume

The EP-A650 is equipped with a large build volume of 650 x 600 x 400 mm that allows for a number of applications, including prototyping, investment casting, footwear manufacturing, medicine, art and design, and more. The machine is equally good for printing large models and batch manufacturing.

Printer controls and software

The machine is operated via a control unit with a simple, convenient interface. It allows for real-time monitoring and adjustment of printing parameters and features a one-click printing function.

The EP-A650 is used with the proprietary EPResin software, specially developed for E-Plus SLA 3D printers. User-friendly and easy-to-use, the software provides predefined process parameter packages that can be adjusted by the user for optimal printing results. The software allows for automatic adjustment of laser power before printing.
