Sintering printing process quality

The Sinterit Lisa X is a selective laser sintering machine that can print layers at 75 microns, allowing you to produce top-quality printouts with smooth exterior surfaces. New research methodologies allowed for the design that provides high precision and dimensional stability even in parts characterized by complex geometry, no support structures needed.

Materials

The Sinterit Lisa X prints with all seld-developed materials and supports third-party polyamide powder, including flexible materials. The use of the proprietary consumables is more efficient due to the profiles included in the printer software, which can, however, be edited. The advanced version of the software and the printer's four heating zones enable you to fine-tune the recommended printing settings — more than 30 printing parameters to achieve perfect results. The proprietary slicer also allows you to create profiles for third-party materials, so it's a completely open printing system.

Build volume

The large working area of 5.1 x 7.1 x 13.0 inches (130 x 180 x 330 mm) lets you print fairly large objects or numerous smaller parts in one go. Coupled with the outstanding print speed of the Lisa X, such a build volume makes it possible to produce, for instance, 540 parts or 270 sets of connectors in 28 hours (1 part per 3 minutes, 1 set per 6 minutes).

Printer controls

The Sinterit Lisa X SLS printer can be controlled via PC or its 7-inch interactive touchscreen with an easy-to-understand interface. You will be able to manage the printing process with ease at the first use.

3D models can be printed from a computer via USB or Ethernet connectivity being also included.

The Lisa X uses the Sinterit Studio slicing software that can feature plenty of functions to strictly control the parameters for printing, including temperature, model scale, laser power and movement, warmup and cooldown, and many others. The software works with 3D models in a variety of common 3D formats. It is available for Windows 10 and above.

The unique Auto Nesting solution built into the software ensures the optimal arrangement of parts to be printed using the full bed.
