Scantech MSCAN Photogrammetry System

MSCAN is a photogrammetry system developed by Scantech. It is ideal for measuring and positioning large volumes. The system can individually measure the sizes and deformations of big objects. Also, it can be paired with a portable scanner to increase its accuracy and reduce the number of cumulative errors that might occur when scanning big volumes. 

MSCAN is an accurate and stable industrial camera capable of calculating and displaying a 3D point cloud from the scanned surfaces in real-time. It can transmit the collected data with a speed of up to 1Gbps. It is engineered with an auxiliary light, which allows capturing high-precision data even in dark places.

It is often used along with the PRINCE and HSCAN 3D scanner series to efficiently measure large parts. Read on for additional details.

Scan accuracy

MSCAN is a photogrammetry system that can measure large volumes with a volumetric accuracy of 25 microns.
