BlueCast X5 LCD/DLP 500g

The BlueCast X5 is a patented castable 3D printing resin designed for LCD and DLP devices (SLA/DLP option available). The material ensures smooth production of complex jewelry and dental models requiring high dimensional accuracy, decent strength, and reliable structure. Due to its unique properties, the resin allows one to reach outstanding direct casting quality with any type of investment. In addition, it does not need further curing, making the manufacturing process faster and easier.

The resin features negligible shrinkage and does not expand during burnout, with sublimation starting at 130 °C. Moreover, the material is suitable for fast burnout cycles and ensures full burnout at a relatively low temperature of 750 °C. It emits no odor during the burnout process and contains no chemically aggressive substances. Also, it is monomer-free. The resin prints in a light blue color, resulting in a pleasing appearance of the objects printed.

The BlueCast X5 can be used in a wide range of demanding design projects. It is great for filigree, positive and negative engravings, micro-incisions, micro-reliefs, and more. With its high definition, the resin allows you to print investment patterns for small yet intricately decorated jewelry pieces, such as medals, coins, rings, and more.
