BlueCast X10 LCD/DLP 500g

The BlueCast X10 is a castable 3D printing resin designed for LCD and DLP devices (SLA/DLP option available). It is an improved version of the BC X5 material featuring advanced castability, dimensional stability, and build platform adhesion. The resin ensures excellent casting of small engravings for various jewelry and dental projects. In terms of physical properties, it mostly resembles wax, so you can safely use the same toolset.

The X10 is characterized by negligible shrinkage and great dimensional accuracy, which makes for perfect reproduction of fine detail. The material is suitable for all fast burnout cycles and ensures full burnout at a relatively low temperature of 740 °C. In addition, it emits no odor during the burnout process and contains no chemically aggressive substances. The resin prints in a transparent blue color and can lose it completely when exposed to UV light (optional), which does not affect its properties.

The BlueCast X10 can be used in a wide range of design projects requiring intricate features, consistent surface, and high level of detail. It is great for filigree, engravings, micro-incisions, micro-reliefs, and watermarks due to its outstanding elasticity. With its high definition, the resin allows you to print investment patterns for small yet intricately decorated jewelry pieces, such as medals, coins, rings, and more.

Furthermore, you can enhance the prints properties by applying the special BlueCast Customizer additives, includingHardenizer,Sharpenizer, andSoftenizer.
