Sinterit Lisa X 3D Printer

The Sinterit Lisa X is a compact professional SLS 3D printer for rapid and cost-efficient production of large-scale prints. Compared with the predecessor models, such asLisa andLisa Pro, the machine boasts a larger build volume of 130 x 180 x 330 mm as well as increased print speed of up to 14 mm/h. In addition, the printer features a built-in inert gas control system, fast cooldown, simple material change, responsive display with user-friendly interface, and full-fledged slicing solution.

Along with the extended version of the proprietary software, the printer supports open profiles for the Sinterit and 3d-party materials, making for an extended control over the whole production process.

ATEX Vacuum Cleaner

The ATEX Vacuum Cleaner will be of great use when having to clean and collect unsintered powder. The device has a compact size yet rather a large capacity of 12 liters, which makes it extremely convenient. Thus, powder cleaning and recovery become easy, fast, and highly effective.

Powder Handling Station

The Sinterit Powder Handling Station serves as a supporting device for depowdering, sieving, cleaning, and powder refreshing. It features a sieving module, powder separator, three drawers, a flexible 2 m suction hose, special vacuum inlets, LED lighting, and 20 L metal powder container, which makes it a complete solution for powder management. The two mounting heights of the separate shelf are dedicated for both Sandblaster and Sandblaster SLS, which makes the post-processing of prints even more convenient.

This essential toolkit is meant to make working with SLS powders simpler, cleaner, and safer. Sinterit Studio Advanced

The Lisa X Performance Set includes an advanced version of the well-proven, easy-to-use proprietary slicing software Sinterit Studio. Aside from an array of smart features such as auto nesting and collision detection, it offers some great new functions like warmup and cooldown modification, skeletons for enhancing fine details, laser power/movement and geometry adjustment. In addition to the open printing parameters, the program comes with the pre-defined profiles for all the available Sinterit materials.
