Print quality

The Creatbot D600 Pro 2 is a leading professional large-format 3D printer that can print layers at 50 microns. This way one can produce accurate parts with smooth exterior surfaces. The D600 Pro 2 can print as fast as 150 mm/s, delivering large-volume prototypes with a quick turnaround. Plus, due to the proprietary Z magic box technology, the machine can significantly reduce or even eliminate the Z-surface texture of tall models, ensuring that the surface quality of the object remains smooth and consistent.

The Creatbot D600 Pro 2 is equipped with a smart auto-rising dual extrusion system with the maximum nozzle temperature up to 420 °C. The print head runs on linear guide rails, which ensures high printing precision. Plus, the direct-drive extrusion system helps to minimize stringing and oozing during the printing process. 

The machine comes stock with two height-adjustable-nozzles of 0.6 mm in diameter. It also supports a wide selection of replacements ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 mm.

The Pro 2 version features a removable build platform with the PEI sheet + PEI coating and enhanced temperature resistance, making for great results. Moreover, the magnetic suction platform brings additional convenience and output to the next level.

To further ensure the best possible accuracy of printed models, the Creatbot D600 Pro 2 comes with the auto-leveling function that helps to compensate for any imbalances of the platform thus highly increasing chances of successful prints.

Materials

The Creatbot D600 Pro 2 features an open material system. This means it supports any third-party 1.75 mm filament. Plus, the model can reliably print engineering-grade materials, such as ABS, Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Nylon, Ultra-PA, UltraPA-CF, PET-CF, PC, TPU, ASA, PETG, and more with quick remove support materials.

Equipped with a 100 °C heatable platform with high temperature resistance and fully enclosed chamber capable of keeping a stable temperature of up to 70 °C, the machine provides vertical thermal conductivity and higher reliability when printing with ABS-type consumables making for wider material compatibility.

Build volume

In the single extrusion mode, the Creatbot D600 Pro 2 offers a large print volume of 23.6 x 23.6 x 23.6 inches (600 x 600 x 600 mm). When it comes to the dual extrusion mode, the build volume is 21.3 x 23.6 x 23.6 inches (540 x 600 x 600 mm).

Thanks to its huge volume, the machine can effectively print large parts as a whole. 

Printer controls and software

The Creatbot D600 Pro 2 can be controlled via an easy-to-operate and responsive 7-inch touch screen mounted atop the printer. Compared to the previous models, such as theD600 and D600 Pro, it offers better user interaction experience and more convenient operation with a new UI design language and the brand One-Key feature to preheat, print, and more.

With the Creatbot D600 Pro 2, one can easily transfer their 3D models from a computer via USB or Wi-Fi. Due to the printer's advanced camera control technology, it is possible to remotely manage printing processes in terms of speed, pause, temperature, etc. with a special app, which allows the user to fully control printing process and get the best printing quality with minimal risk of failure.

The printer comes bundled with the multilingual CreatWare 3D printing software. The program supports STL, OBJ, and AMF file formats and runs on Windows 7 / 8 / 10 and macOS. Apart from this, the D600 Pro 2 supports such popular slicers as Simplify3D, Cura, and Slic3r.
